📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking Indonesian cuisine.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
