📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Lead and motivate the branch staff to achieve departmental and company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a financial or service-oriented industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management software.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
