📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process payroll using Payroll System or similar payroll software.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
