📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's sales database and CRM system.,Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification.,Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.,Assist in organizing sales meetings and events.,Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and sales best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.,Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a must, Indonesian language skills are a plus.
