📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, including personnel, equipment, and materials.,Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Managing site logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with subcontractors and suppliers.,Monitoring project progress and reporting to the project manager.,Maintaining accurate records of site activities and expenses.,Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.,Resolving site issues and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.,Supporting the project team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
