📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee data, updating HR records, and managing employee files.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and other HR policies.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the organization of HR events, such as orientation programs, team-building activities, and other HR-related events.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and databases is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
