📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently and accurately.,Provide product information and answer customer questions to the best of your ability.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and sales goals.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.,Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
