📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist professional tutors in planning and delivering lesson plans.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Prepare and distribute educational materials to students.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student performance.,Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Assist in organizing and participating in educational events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the tutoring department.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in education or tutoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
