Bahagia Intan Fruit is looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to customer requirements and expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,High school diploma or equivalent.
