📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the department.

Managing and mentoring staff, providing guidance and support.

Setting and achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Managing department budget and financial performance.

Representing the department in meetings and interacting with other departments.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Conducting regular performance reviews and appraisals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
