📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of nursing care plans.,Perform routine tasks such as cleaning and organizing the nursing station.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with basic medical equipment and procedures.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.
