📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage a team of employees, ensuring they meet their daily targets and objectives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Resolve conflicts and issues within the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Train and develop new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese is a plus.
