As an Early Childhood Educator at our preschool, you will be part of a dedicated team that focuses on the holistic development of children aged 2-6 years. You will create engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social skills. Daily, you will plan and implement activities that align with early childhood development standards, using a variety of educational tools and resources.

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that promote early learning and development.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Implement bilingual education (English and Indonesian) to help children develop language skills.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
• Use educational software and tools such as KidzRoom and Montessori resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices.
• Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure they meet developmental milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a bilingual setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCE, CCE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
