📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute development projects, from conceptualization to completion.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations planning and development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or real estate industry in Bali is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
