📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support staff.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to high standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems for kitchen supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the medical center.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve kitchen operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with medical center operations and patient care requirements.,Valid food handler's license and any other relevant certifications.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
