📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting customers with their shopping needs and providing product information.,Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.,Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.,Promoting sales and special offers to customers.,Assisting with the preparation and packaging of orders for delivery or pickup.,Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-store and remote tasks).
