📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement food menus, considering customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with culinary software and inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
