📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Forklift license is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
