📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design and deliver effective training programs.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments and provide feedback to improve training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
