📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and draft patterns for various apparel items including shirts, pants, dresses, and other garments.,Ensure patterns are accurate and meet the required specifications and quality standards.,Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand and meet customer requirements.,Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify patterns.,Conduct pattern grading to ensure patterns fit a range of sizes.,Maintain and organize pattern files and records.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the garment industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry.,Proficient in using CAD software for pattern making.,Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.,Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with international sizing standards (e.g., ISO, EU, US).,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
