Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our pricing models are competitive and scalable.

Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Conduct pricing experiments and analyze the results to optimize our pricing models.

Monitor and report on pricing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our pricing models are aligned with our overall business strategy.

Develop and maintain pricing documentation and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably in a technology or financial services company.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with pricing software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and pricing analytics platforms.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus.

Passion for payments and financial technology is a plus.
