We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Technician to join our dynamic team in the Chemical/Petrochemical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous quality control and lab testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical analysis, laboratory techniques, and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine quality control tests and inspections on production materials and finished products.,Perform laboratory tests and analyses to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Document and record test results and findings in a detailed and organized manner.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and methodologies.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and laboratory techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control and laboratory testing in the chemical/petrochemical industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and industry standards.,Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including but not limited to, spectroscopy, chromatography, and titration.,Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to, GC, HPLC, and FTIR.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
