Express Place Ekspansindo is looking for a talented and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.,Answer and direct inquiries, reservations, and requests for information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest arrivals and departures.,Handle and process payments, including check-ins, check-outs, and other transactions.,Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and other special requests.,Monitor and ensure the security and safety of the premises.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with hotel or receptionist software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
