Star Home Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships for our home improvement products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.,Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.,Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide support.,Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and business performance.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective client engagement.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the home improvement or related industry.,Strong understanding of the home improvement market and products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
