Steeltech Industries is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Draftsperson to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings using Tekla and AutoCAD, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and client specifications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and models using Tekla and AutoCAD.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.,Review and approve drawings prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that fabricated steel components meet design specifications.,Prepare and submit technical documentation, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other related documents.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in steel fabrication and construction.,Mentor and train junior staff in the use of Tekla and AutoCAD, as well as in best practices for steel fabrication and construction.,Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and construction, with a focus on technical drafting and design.,Proficient in Tekla and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of their features and capabilities.,Familiarity with industry standards and specifications, including AISC, ANSI, and ASME.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with steel fabrication processes and materials is a plus.,Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
