A*STAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Strategy and Planning efforts for our Data Innovation & Research Ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive innovation and growth in our data-driven research ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, data science, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a research environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for the Data Innovation & Research Ecosystem.,Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.,Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with industry and academic stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Data Innovation & Research Ecosystem, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data science and research, and incorporate this knowledge into strategic planning.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.,Represent A*STAR at industry and academic conferences and events.,Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in data science, computer science, or a related discipline.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field is a plus.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, data science, or a related field.,Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a research environment.,Strong knowledge of data science methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
