📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.,Monitor and maintain patient records and documentation.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.,Assist in the management and supervision of junior nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification and license as a Registered Nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language.,Experience in managing and supervising junior nursing staff is a plus.
