📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Valid SIM and driving license.
