🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Service Desk Team Lead or similar leadership role in IT support.,Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.,Proficiency in using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
