📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation rules and data cleansing processes.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor data usage and access to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and design data models.
• Implement data management tools and technologies, such as Informatica, Talend, and SQL Server.
• Provide training and support to users on data management best practices.
• Conduct data audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management.
• Proficiency in data management tools, such as Informatica, Talend, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote environment.
• Certification in data governance or a related field is a plus.
