📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile financial records using SAP and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including stock taking and reordering.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain internal control systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and inventory control.
• Certification in SAP or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK, IAS).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
